We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior IT Manufacturing Quality Systems Engineer to spearhead the implementation and optimization of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) throughout our manufacturing operations. In this capacity, you will lead digital quality initiatives, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, and develop comprehensive solutions that integrate quality processes with our overall manufacturing systems framework.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree preferred.
5 - 7 years' experience implementing and managing QMS systems in manufacturing environments.
Skills
Expertise in eQMS platforms (MasterControl, Arena, ETQ, TrackWise) and system integration.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards.
Proven experience in QMS system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and implementation.
Proficiency with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC.)
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
Excellent project management abilities including managing cross-functional teams.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, with experience in battery, automotive, or regulated industries preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
The company will provide a benefits package.

This is a hybrid position in Memphis,TN.
