QA Tester

Develop test models including test plans, test data, and test scripts

Execute unit, integration, and system-level product tests

Deliver assigned tasks on time with accurate status reporting

Follow established quality standards and release control procedures

Collaborate with team members in a supportive and professional manner

Define test plans and criteria for product acceptance

Resolve testing-related questions and issues

Assist in the setup and management of test environments

Support Team Lead with task estimation and tracking actual efforts

Continuously enhance testing techniques and domain knowledge

Contribute to updating and validating release installation procedures

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Solid understanding of requirements gathering methodologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proven organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience with Agile projects (minimum 3 years)

Proficient in Agile toolsets like GIT and Azure

Hands-on experience analyzing data structures and relationships in enterprise applications (3 years)

Proficiency with Microsoft tools: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (3 years)

Experience analyzing both functional and non-functional business requirements (3 years)

Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT (minimum 3 years)
