Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for an Information Technology Intern to help uphold the IT quality assurance and testing standards and processes in a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to function in a team-oriented environment with resource and time constraints.
Ideal candidates will live in the St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN metro area in order to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in the corporate office, located in Inver Grove Heights, MN); may consider fully remote options for top talent.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in authoring test cases that meet business requirements in order to validate the application or customer deliverables.
+ Collaborate with Quality Assurance Analysts or Quality Assurance Engineers to execute tests of business applications, online applications, document processing capability, and reporting deliverables.
+ Ensure test artifacts are captured and stored in repository during test execution.
+ Assist the product/project teams to triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Develop automations scripts and store in code repository.
+ Assist with activity, status and progress reports.
+ Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
+ Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or similar STEM degree program.
