Job DescriptionSummary
You will serve as a Work Leader Quality Assurance Specialist (Shipbuilding) in Codes 611 and 612 in the Quality Assurance Department of Trident Refit Facility, Bangor.

Duties
+ You will investigate, identify, evaluate, and assess quality assurance controls, procedures, Re-Entry, Controlled Work Packages ( CWP ), and in-process work to ensure Objective Quality Evidence ( OQE ) generated will support project recertification.
+ You will provide direct Work Leader guidance and direction to quality assurance specialists, both civilian federal employees and active duty military personnel, up through GS-12.
+ You will apply advanced and complex Quality Assurance Program concepts and requirements, operating principles, and methodology to manage program certifications for the assigned submarine fleet.
+ You will review Quality Assurance processes, procedures, specifications, drawings, and higher technical authority specifications to determine the adequacy of the Quality Assurance Program.
