Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and solutions by executing rigorous testing protocols, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic, mechanical, or software-based testing and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on a variety of products, components, and systems, ensuring compliance with our companies quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment, instruments, and software tools, including calibration and routine upkeep.
  • Inspect components and finished goods, recording and analyzing test data to identify deviations, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to refine testing procedures and resolve technical issues.
  • Document test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of new testing methods and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, industry standards (such as ISO/ANSI), and company policies during testing activities.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a testing, quality control, or engineering environment, preferably within IT, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency with test equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and data acquisition/logging software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with interpreting engineering diagrams, product specifications, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in lab or manufacturing settings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with R&D, production, or quality assurance environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, ANSI) and best practices in testing and quality control.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
