Are you organized, detail-driven and ready to lead? Join Uline as a Quality Control Team Lead and guide a team to uphold the highest product quality standards in our fast-paced, first-class warehouse facilities!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse quality control initiatives including coaching and developing Quality Assurance Inspectors.

• Accurately process and manage customer returns process within warehouse management systems.

• Review documentation for returned products and maintain quality records.

• Manage product repacking and the put-away process.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Order entry, administrative and warehouse experience a plus.

• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
