This position monitors manufacturing documentation compliance with required standards and manages collection, review, and closure as final acceptance through the quality engineering and product assurance groups, followed by output and formalization from the ERP system [SAP, Siemens]. Coordinates daily with internal value streams to monitor progress of document completion in support of Acceptance Data Package construction, identifying and reconciling constraints.

Your Mission

Manages the development of Acceptance Data Packages (ADP) per customer requirements and milestones, generating elements related to product design and build documentation out of SAP.

Ensures that completed manufacturing documents conform to established company and customer requirements in alignment to customer milestones such as hardware acceptance reviews (HAR) and pedigrees (US government acceptance).

Internally interfaces with production control, quality inspection, manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing representatives to ensure data package requirements and reconciliations are met.

Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams including customer reviews for ADP reconciliations.

Lead with the support of quality engineers in the processing of non-conformance (NC) documentation creation, completion and structuring within SAP, Siemens utilizing supporting quality inspection personnel (QI) and aligning with customer required milestones.

Your Story

Associates degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years in related Quality or Mission Assurance experience in an advanced manufacturing industry considered in lieu of degree

Able to process and analyze data quickly both in and out of SAP, Siemens, identifying areas for correction or reconciliation before and during customer acceptance reviews.

Must have a strong understanding of quality functions, manufacturing requirements and non-conformance document generation.

Must have SAP, Siemens or equivalent MES/ERP systems experience in data mining and report generation including uploads to the system.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office

Experience with working varies platform programs in production, integration, and test.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100

Strong Root cause analysis skills for corrective actions

Experience with systems, processes and handling of non-conforming product including supporting non-conforming review boards.

Composite component industry experience preferred.

Ability to work in cross functional team and international settings.

Ability to work autonomously or in a team, prioritize requirements, and work in a milestone oriented manner.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
