Payments Quality Assurance Analyst/TesterLocation:Block 23What you'll do:We are looking for a Payments QA Analyst/Tester with deep knowledge of payment systems, especially Fiserv's Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP). You should be familiar with ISO 20022 standards and have experience with payment types like Wires, ACH, RTP, and SWIFT. You will work closely with our business and development teams to provide expertise, design test cases, and ensure the quality of our payment solutions.Work with business and development teams to understand business requirements.Lead test case design sessions and create detailed test scenarios.Be the functional expert for Fiserv's Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP).Provide solutions for various business scenarios related to payment systems.Execute test cases and thoroughly test payment systems.Use collaboration tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence for documentation and test case management.Work within an Agile Scrum model, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Thoroughly understand integration with CORE systems and seamless interoperability.Understand sanctions screening and fraud detection mechanisms for payments.Be familiar with end-to-end accounting flows including DDA and GL systems.Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with QA governance standards.What you'll need:A minimum of 5+ years experience in QA/testing roles within the payment's domain.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Expertise in Fiserv's Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP) is highly preferred.Proficiency in ISO 20022 standards.Strong understanding of payment types including Wires, ACH, RTP, and SWIFT.Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience with collaboration tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think critically and solve problems in complex payment scenarios.Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks related to payments.Benefits you'll love:We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
