Immediate Need for Quality Assurance / Order Entry Representative
Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (subject to change), with overtime as needed
Overview:
A growing operation is looking to fill two immediate openings for Quality Assurance / Order Entry Representatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the accuracy and quality of all order processing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Communicate with internal departments to obtain or clarify missing order information
Process and update customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets
Support the order entry team by addressing order-related questions and ensuring standards are met
Uphold a strong commitment to product quality and customer service
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing data
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under deadline pressures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Customer service or client support experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Basic math skills
Technical Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable working with order processing software and internet applications
