Quality Control Engineer Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of product excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory and compliance standards (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). Analyze and optimize processes to prevent quality issues before they arise. Perform Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new and existing products. Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities. Develop and manage quality documentation (e.g., QM plans, PFMEA, inspection forms). Conduct internal audits (LPA, QMS, CAR-related audits) to ensure compliance and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for customers , handling concerns, audits, and non-conformance activities. Drive the corrective action response system to resolve internal and external issues efficiently. Provide training on quality principles to enhance team knowledge and performance. Supervise quality staff as needed, depending on organizational structure. Utilize statistical analysis (SPC principles) to monitor and improve processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or 5 years of equivalent experience). Strong project management and problem-solving skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP . Advanced knowledge of PPAP and SPC principles . Understanding of metallurgy is a plus. Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills . Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and ensure process compliance .
