Quality Control Summer Intern

Are you looking for real-world experience that aligns with your future career goals and current course of study? Weyerhaeuser is recruiting interns for the summer of 2025to work in our manufacturing center located in Zwolle, LA and gain real time work experience and leadership coaching in our Quality Control Department. Pay is competitive and is based on class standing and major.

At Weyerhaeuser, you will receive extensive mentoring and have hands-on work experiences to build the foundations for a professional career in Quality Control. Many of our interns return as full-time employees' post-graduation, and a number of our senior leaders started their careers as interns at Weyerhaeuser.

• Must be a rising sophomore or higher enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a business or STEM degree concentration
• Strong interest in a career in manufacturing
• Must commit to a 2-month internship, June – August 2025
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• High level of initiative and motivation
• Strong work ethic and personal integrity
• Be able and willing to work a flexible schedule (most sites operate 24/7)
• Passion for safety
• Willingness to work in challenging environments (outdoor temperature)
