General Summary:
- Work as part of a large test and engineering systems organization which handles test automation infrastructure, test strategy, test plan development and execution & report management in Power and thermal test areas of Modem, Multimedia, AI and other technologies.
- Role will include daily collaboration with other test engineers in power ecosystem as well as product engineers.
- Use power measurement equipment to collect measurements for system use cases on test platform
- Manual and Automated execution of test cases for Power/Thermal Dashboards on all Qualcomm chipset for various HLOS and non-HLOS Subsystems (Android, Windows etc.).
- Provide test results and characterization/optimization data to cross functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of testing, measurement, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
- Experience in any operating systems platform testing (Google Android, Windows phone etc) Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- High level organization and results documentation Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity
- Communication and ability to partner with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
- Thermal/Power test experience on any platform is a plus Experience in multi-media technologies (Audio, Video, Camera & etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge/experience of embedded systems is a plus Knowledge of SW product cycle is a plus Development skills in Python, C/C++ is a plus

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$27.62 - $41.42
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
