Quality Assurance Engineers

Work closely with Creative and Digital Product to launch new products and create experiences that impress our rapidly growing customer base.Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager to create test pages in order to test UI components and promotions engine in order to test promotions.Use TestRail to write test cases and perform test runs.Verify the tracking of user behavior data through Google Tag Manager.Test customer service flows in Salesforce Order Management.Use PostMan for API testing.Own and drive software quality assurance lifecycle as part of SCRUM/Agile processes.Work with team to define user stories, their associated acceptance criteria/tests and identify bugs in Jira.Play an integral part in improving our web performance by maintaining our site speed reports.Oversee our recurring Accessibility compliance testing cycles.Create, maintain, and execute test cases.Detect, isolate, reproduce, document, and prioritize defects.Communicate QA status, product quality, and release readiness effectivelyRequires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field and 3 years of experience in related occupations. Requires 3 years of experience with the following: Using TestRail to write test cases and perform test runs; Using JIRA to define user stories, their associated acceptance criteria/tests and identify bugs; Using PostMan for API testing; Working on new features/bug-fixes and understanding what and how to test them; Using CI/CD tools to support testing frameworks; and Automated testing tools and processes. Requires 2 years of experience with the following: Using Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager for creating test pages to test UI components and Promotion Engine to test promotions; Salesforce Order Management testing customer service flows; and Verifying the tracking of user behavior data through Google Tag Manager.
