Star Staffing is Hiring IPQA Associates! The IPQA In-Process Quality Assurance role is responsible for ensuring that materials, in-process components, and finished products meet established quality standards and comply with GMP and FDA regulations. This position works closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, perform inspections, and maintain accurate records for consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Order Coordination : Collaborate with production to review work orders, ensuring all materials and documentation are in place.
• Material Verification & Line Clearance : Verify materials against work order specifications and ensure proper line clearance to prevent contamination.
• DHR Management : Manage Device History Records (DHR) or batch records, ensuring compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
• In-Process Inspection : Inspect in-process and finished products, perform sampling, and send samples for laboratory testing as needed.
• Compliance & Reporting : Record and report non-compliances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure product labeling and packaging meet regulatory standards.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and ensure work is performed in compliance with GMP and FDA standards.

Requirements:

• Education : High school diploma (GED) required
• Experience : Previous experience in quality control or a related role within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, food) is preferred.
• Skills : Attention to detail, strong observational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic mathematical abilities.
• Work Ethic : Ability to identify and resolve issues, collaborate effectively, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
