Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the quality control and assurance processes for precision machining operations Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, implementing and maintaining best practices Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures, inspections, and audits Utilize GD&T principles to maintain tight tolerances and high precision in milling and turning operations Lead PPAP submissions and approval processes for new and existing products Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement Work closely with engineering, production, and management teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality Train and mentor quality personnel and production staff on quality standards and best practices Qualifications & Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering or management role in a precision machining environment BA in Mechanical or Other Engineering Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems Proficiency in GD&T, PPAPs, and root cause analysis methodologies Experience with CNC milling and turning operations in a manufacturing setting Ability to lead audits, manage quality documentation, and implement corrective actions Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Benefits: Competitive $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary based on experience 1st shift schedule with excellent work-life balance Opportunity to lead and improve quality processes in a growing precision machining company Supportive team environment with career advancement opportunities Why You'll Love Working With Express One interview connects you to 300+ companies Weekly Pay Holiday Pay Your safety is our priority Referral Bonuses Attendance Incentives How to Apply: Apply here online.
