As a Quality Assurance Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving, in-process, and final inspections as assigned. These inspections will be
performed to determine the conformance of any material in the product manufacturing cycle.

What You'll Do
You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you . . .
Create mockup layouts from engineering drawings.
Document and interpret inspection results and present information as requested.
Inspect materials in the product cycle and determine conformance to
specification.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Perform completions and other transactions in our production information system.
Use gauges and other inspection equipment to determine if components meet
print specification and customer requirements.

Sound Like You?

You might be just who we're looking for if you have . . .
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in a woodworking environment.
The ability to read prints and interpret geometric symbols.
An average color acuity to be able to distinguish acceptable color variations in
veneer and paint.
The ability to use and care for basic measuring tools such as micrometer and
veneer calipers, rules, tapes, and angle gauges.
Competency in basic math skills, such as adding and subtracting.
The ability to read, understand, communicate, and interpret written and verbal
instructions, work documentation, policies, practices, etc., in the English
language.
The ability to bend, twist, and stand for periods of up to 10 or 12 hours.
The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
The ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of
other teams to meet goals.
A demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
A demonstrated commitment to team success through reliable attendance.
Flexibility to work assignments and possible extra hours as business needs
require.
Good verbal communication skills.
A demonstrated ability to effectively use the office automation, communication, software, and tools currently being used in the office environment.
The ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
